Exhibition at “FAKUMA 2026”, One of the World’s Leading Trade Fairs for Plastic Processing
The GENESTAR Business Division of Kuraray Co., Ltd. will exhibit at FAKUMA 2026, the international trade fair for plastics processing, to be held in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from October 12 to 16, 2026.
At the exhibition, the GENESTAR Business Division will introduce high-heat-resistant polyamide GENESTAR™ PA9T as a material solution for automotive thermal management components and high-voltage applications.
In advance of FAKUMA 2026, Kuraray will also host a webinar for developers and engineers involved in automotive thermal management and high-voltage components. The webinar will discuss material selection for high-performance plastics, highlighting the features and application examples of GENESTAR™ PA9T.

At the Kuraray booth, visitors will learn about the key features of GENESTAR™ PA9T, with a focus on applications for automotive thermal management and high-voltage components.
Application examples utilizing HB grades will be displayed, demonstrating the benefits of low moisture absorption, chemical resistance, heat resistance, high-voltage insulation performance, dimensional stability, and laser-welding capability. Exhibits will include valves, thermostat housings, tubes, connectors, and actuators (gears).
